1. What you are buying

A subscription to MyFuturesOS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the MyFuturesOS desktop software on machines you control, for as long as your subscription is active. You are not buying the software itself, and no ownership transfers to you.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must supply your own Windows PC and your own NinjaTrader 8 installation and account.
• You are responsible for every trade you place, whether or not the software informed it.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your licence key.
• You may not reverse-engineer the software or attempt to defeat its licensing.

3. Not financial advice

MyFuturesOS is software. It is not a broker, investment adviser or commodity trading advisor, and it does not provide financial advice. See our Risk disclosure for the full statement, which forms part of these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; your licence remains valid until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. Prices may change with notice, applying from your next renewal.

5. Availability

The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This is beta software. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it displays is accurate. Always verify against your broker platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFuturesOS and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms, including licence sharing or attempts to circumvent licensing. You may stop using the software at any time.
